Krego-Martín Danza made its debut in the BAD Festival 2011 with “Así y restar”, location dance piece; This piece was also shown in Umore Azoka Leioa 2012 Festival and Lekuz-Leku Festival amongst others.
Parallel to this activity, Bego Krego and María Martín (co-founders of Krego-Martín Danza) collaborate with several other companies too, maintaining a fruitful work in the Basque Country dance field.
Nowadays, the company is touring with “Spaceko Zarama” (premiered in march 2013 and supported by the Department of Culture of the Basque Country), a children’s oriented piece. In October 2013, Krego-Martín Danza directed and choreographed the flash-mob of the Flowers Market in Bilbao, With the Bilbao Poesía Week organized by Bilbao’s City Hall.
In 2014, the company produces and premieres “To Be Continued”, selected for Dantzan-Bilaka 2014.
